Our Return Window

You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@classico.com.pk before sending anything back, so we can confirm your return and arrange the details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size instead? We’re happy to exchange an item, subject to availability — just contact us to arrange it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive an untracked return.
